How it works

1. CEO kickoff. 30 minutes with you. We agree on pay, ratings, and what managers can promise.
2. Manager workshop. 2 hours, live, in person or on Zoom. Hard feedback, the pay question, and 2027 goals.
3. One-on-one rehearsal. Each manager practices their toughest review with me. 20 minutes each.
4. Debrief. 60 minutes after reviews. What went well. What's still open.

$4,000 for up to 8 managers. $350 for each additional manager.
Book by November 21 to finish before December reviews.
