Sessions focus on clarity, decision quality, and leadership effectiveness in real time. The goal isn't insight for its own sake — it's better decisions and stronger leadership practices. Each engagement is grounded in honest dialogue and guided by coaches who work within a shared philosophy and standard of practice.

Tandem is a licensed distributor and practitioner of Insights Discovery. We deliver team-building workshops, personalized coaching using the Insights framework, and accredited practitioner training for organizations that want to bring the capability in-house.
Tandem offers accredited Client Practitioner training for organizations that want to lead Insights workshops internally. The program covers the four color energy model, how to interpret personal profiles, facilitation skills, and best practices for applying the framework. Accredited practitioners also gain access to a global practitioner network, ongoing support from Tandem, and bulk pricing on Insights products.
The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) is a 360° leadership assessment and one of the most comprehensive tools available for leadership development. It integrates the latest research on leadership, psychological development, and adult development, and is considered the global standard in leadership assessment methodology. It has been statistically validated through rigorous third-party analysis and has been used with more than 3.5 million leaders worldwide.
As a certified LCP practitioner, Tandem administers the full assessment, supports you through the evaluator setup process, and delivers a deep one-on-one debrief. The conversation goes beyond reviewing the data. We use the profile as a springboard to identify the assumptions driving your patterns, and we build a coaching plan around what will create the most meaningful change.
